●The 5000 Series Bodymaker is an advanced, horizontal, double action press for production of steel or aluminium DWI cans at high speeds and efficiencies.
● 550 Trimmer
●The 550 Trimmer is a 4 head rotary machine capable of handling all standard DWI can sizes.
●Cans are fed from the bodymaker into the vacuum infeed turret, and loaded onto self-centring tooling.
●Multiple ejector segments conform to the untrimmed edge, and the can is held stationary while the penetrating disc moves eccentrically against the outer knife ring, trimming the can in one revolution.
